Xin Yuan Community Care is a non-profit organisation committed to the care, support, counseling, basic healthcare of the needy elderly and the education and mentoring of children from low-income families. Together with trained caregivers and volunteers, we strive to fill the social and financial welfare gaps among the targeted beneficiaries.

Registered with the National Council of Social Service and an Institution of Public Character, all donors will enjoy tax deductible donations of 2.5 times the amount donated to Xin Yuan Community Care.  If you would like to donate, please issue a cheque to Xin Yuan Community Care and provide us your name, IC, address, contact number on the reverse and mail it to our office.  We will update your donation records with IRAS and send you an official receipt.

There are many fund raising activities that our volunteers mount to support and maintain the programmes for our beneficiaries.  Apart from street collections from Flag Day, volunteers can use our Pledge Cards to solicit funds from friends, colleagues and relatives.  Other fund raising events are school concerts, car-wash, craft and cookie sales, recycling and jumble sales, food and fun fair, biathlons, triathlons, marathons ... and more.  One of the events we have created is the TEACH (Touching Elderly and Children's Hearts) Project whereby we partner volunteers/collaborators who initiate and organise fund-raising projects of their own.  If you are keen to participate or would like more details, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
