About The Event
Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd (XYCL) serves over 280 needy and isolated seniors and between 50 and 60 youths from disadvantaged backgrounds, mostly, but not limited to the Bishan-Toa Payoh community. Therefore, the Xin Yuan Charity Golf and Gala Dinner aims to raise at least $400,000 to support XYCL;s social mission to uplift the lives of seniors, youths and other vulnerable persons.
With the support of our donors, volunteers and partners, our total programme and service availment reach 18,490 for FY2021-2022. The charity was graced with the honour of Madam President Halimah Yacob’s prescence in December 2022 as part of the international Volunteers Day celebration, in collaboration with ST Engineering.
We truly believe that this event will help us to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve.

By providing the information set out in this form, I/we agree and consent to Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd, as well as its representatives and agents (collectively, “XY”) collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves my/our personal data provided above as well as in the records of XY from time to time, and disclosing such personal data to XY’s authorised service providers, and relevant third parties for the purposes reasonably required by XY to process my donation to XY. Terms And Conditions
The Organizer (Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd) will provide promotional benefits for the Sponsor (sponsoring organisation) as outlined above.
- Sponsor will provide the appropriate logo and/or artwork for the said promotional use.
- Sponsor grants the Organizer the right to use the Sponsor’s trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to the Organizer by the Sponsor, in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with this conference only and in accordance with Sponsor’s trademark usage guidelines.
- Sponsoring organisation will arrange for full payment within 21 days of signing this form.
- The Organizer reserves the right to alter the advertised content, timing, date, location, and site layout of the conference at any time during the term of this agreement and without liability towards the Sponsor for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by him/her. In the event of such occurrence, the Organizer undertakes to provide the Sponsor with notice of any alterations as soon as is reasonably practicable.
