Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility is to plan, execute and manage the organisation’s fundraising/donor engagement initiatives, spearhead the organisation’s communications strategies and oversee brand stewardship.
  • Build and manage relationships with current and potential donors, government stakeholders, corporate sponsors, schools, community partners and media agencies, with the goal of increasing donation/grants, volunteer engagement and other forms of support.
  • Submit appeal letters, grant proposals, relevant reports, etc. to stakeholders.
  • Track donations and engagements with donors and partners and submit relevant claims to funding partners/agencies.
  • Coordinate and manage internal processes for fundraising activities/ campaigns, special projects, social media, public relations, etc.
  • Oversee all branding and communication touchpoints, e.g., corporate website, social media pages, Annual Report, programme and corporate collaterals, etc.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the centre’s Head and/or the Management Committee.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Management or relevant disciplines.
  • With at least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, donor engagement/fundraising, corporate pitching and corporate communications functions. Experience in social service sector an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, presentation and critical thinking skills, with keen eye for details.
  • Positive mindset, team player, resourceful, with initiative and able to manage multiple projects.

 

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000, depending on work experience and education level/relevant trainings.

The Programme and Community Outreach Executive will be in-charge of managing and expanding our programmes and services for seniors and increasing our beneficiaries and service users. 

Responsibilities

  1. Programme Development and Management
  • Plan, develop, execute, and manage programmes, activities and events for seniors in the community.
  • Monitor programme outputs and outcomes.

 

  1. b) Community Outreach
  • Plan, develop and execute community outreach activities and events
  • Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. volunteers, corporate partners, grassroots, etc)

 

  1. c) Administrative
  • Attend to enquiries, maintain proper records and prepare reports
  • Handle programme logistics

 

  1. d) Others
  • Support day-to-day operations of the centre when needed.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the centre’s Head and/or the Management Committee. 

 

Requirements/Core Competencies

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
  • Passion to serve the elderly population
  • Relevant experience in programme or project management
  • Experience in healthcare and social service sector ideal
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to converse in Mandarin or dialects will be an advantage

 

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000, depending on work experience and education level/relevant trainings.
